Individual Movement Training

Your body has a history. Your movement practice should honor it.

One-on-one sessions for people living with scoliosis, hypermobility, chronic pain, and conditions that haven’t responded well to standard approaches.

Sessions are adaptive, paced and collaborative – shaped around your body, your history, and your current capacity.

Scolio-Pilates®

Scoliosis-Specific Exercise

Scoliosis changes how the body experiences movement, load, coordination, and balance.

Standard cues about posture and symmetry often don't apply — and can sometimes make things worse.

We work with your curve, building strength, awareness, and confidence within your actual spinal pattern to improve pain and function so you can move more comfortably and confidently in daily life.

Ankle Stability Exercise

Hypermobility &Joint Support

For hypermobile bodies, the challenge is rarely flexibility – it's stability, clarity and trust in your own movement.

Sessions build joint support, proprioception, and coordination - without pushing into ranges that feel unsafe.

Supportive for hypermobile spectrum disorder (HSD), hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (hEDS), and related connective tissue presentations.

Posture Exercise at Ladder

Postural Health Sessions

Posture is not a position to hold, but a dynamic response to movement, load, and daily demands.

We explore how your body organizes itself so we can help build more comfort and ease into that pattern.

Teaching Pilates Reformer

Private Pilates Sessions

Pilates is a framework, not a formula.

Modified for your body, your history, and your capacity right now. Supportive for chronic pain, injury recovery, and bodies that haven't responded well to standard classes.

What Sessions Look Like

Ballet dancer on rotator disc

Rather than following a preset program, we:

  • Explore how your body responds to movement

  • Identify what feels supportive versus overwhelming

  • Adapt strategies as your needs change

For clients who benefit from hands-on support alongside movement, sessions can integrate bodywork and movement strategies as appropriate.

Getting Started

Many people arrive with overlapping needs.

Scoliosis and hypermobility. Pain and Fatigue. Hope and hesitation.

That's okay. We can begin with a conversation and build from there.
